Antibody |
Y-shaped gamma globulin proteins produced by B cells defence against unrecognised agents, made up of large heavy chains and small light chains. |
Antigen |
Substances that recognized as non-self stimulating the production of an antibody that specifically reacts with it. |
Affinity |
Specific strength of binding of an antibody - antigen bond |
